This wine’s dark garnet hue matches its deep and rich personality. Fig, cherry and a bit of truffle waft from the glass while the first sip is characterized by cacao, black tea and a dash of rose and jasmine. An outspoken and engaging wine, the Red Hills Pinot Noir steals the room as soon as the cork is popped. Better still, there’s added depth thanks to some whole cluster inclusion and a complementary dose of new French oak (34%).
