Made entirely with whole cluster fruit, the Archer’s Paradox Pinot Noir is decidedly woodsy. Dried cinnamon and Ponderosa Pine bark join plum skin and white pepper on an intricate nose. The palate is reserved for wild northwestern delicacies like black currant and marionberry. Structurally sound and full of promise, this sapling of a wine is fantastic now but will achieve greatness over time.
