Atmosphere: Deep within our caves, flickering candlelight and the scent of French oak set the stage for an evening where the primal beauty of the Dundee Hills meets refined elegance. It is an intimate, deep-earthed sanctuary where time slows, allowing for a meaningful connection between the artistry in the glass and the mastery on the plate.

Attire: Sophisticated layers that transition seamlessly from vineyard views to the cool, constant temperature of the caves. As the evening takes place in our deep-earthed sanctuary, we encourage guests to bring a light wrap or tailored jacket and wear comfortable footwear suitable for our stone-floored cellar.

Restrictions: This is a 21+ event. To maintain an intimate experience for all guests, we kindly ask that pets, infants, and minors remain at home.

Cancellation Policy: We require at least 14 days’ notice for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable due to the specialized nature of this culinary experience.
