Highlights from this year’s menu include Crab, Fennel, and Winter Citrus Parfait; West Indian Pumpkin Bisque with Basil, Curried Crème Fraiche, and Dungeness Crab; Gemelli Pasta with Dungeness Crab, a Piquillo Pepper and Manchego Cream Sauce, and Pimenton Bread Crumbs; and Steamed Dungeness Crab in broth with a trio of sauces.
