Our Epicurean Experiences
invite guests to gather around the table for thoughtfully curated dinners that celebrate the seasons, Oregon’s exceptional ingredients, and the wines of Archery Summit. Hosted throughout the year in our estate caves and other distinctive winery settings, each evening features locally inspired cuisine, carefully selected wine pairings, and conversation with the people behind the wines.

Harvest Dinner
Celebrate harvest season at Archery Summit with an intimate evening in our estate caves. The experience begins with a welcome reception in the Tasting House, followed by a four-course dinner crafted by Chef Paul Stanislaw of Alchemy NW Catering, featuring the finest seasonal ingredients from the Pacific Northwest.

Thoughtfully paired with Archery Summit wines, the menu highlights the flavors of autumn, including Oregon flounder, handmade tortellini, porcini-crusted hanger steak, and dark chocolate soufflé. Throughout the evening, Estate Winemaker Kim Abrahams will host the dinner while sharing insights and stories from the current harvest, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the vintage as it unfolds.

Gathered around a communal table with a small group of guests, you’ll enjoy an evening of exceptional food, wine, and connection.

Atmosphere: Gather beneath the vaulted ceilings of our estate caves for an intimate evening surrounded by candlelight, French oak barrels, and the quiet energy of harvest. It’s one of the most distinctive places on the estate to enjoy thoughtfully paired food and wine with fellow guests.

Attire: As the evening is hosted in our deep-earthed sanctuary, we encourage guests to bring a light wrap or tailored jacket and to wear comfortable footwear suitable for our stone-floored cellar.

Restrictions: This is a 21+ event. To maintain an intimate experience for all guests, we kindly ask that pets, infants, and minors remain at home.

Cancellation Policy: We require at least 14 days’ notice for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable due to the specialized nature of this culinary experience.
