Golden Hour at Archery Summit

Join us every Thursday this summer for our Golden Hour – a well-earned, early evening escape in the Willamette Valley. Toast to an amazing day or effortlessly set the tone for a relaxed evening while enjoying wines by the glass or bottle from a selection of immersive wines shaped by the Dundee Hills. Artisan cheeses will be available for purchase, thoughtfully selected to further enhance the experience.

Archery Summit Members receive a complimentary glass of wine for up to four guests, with club savings extending to additional wines and purchases throughout the evening.

Sunday Encore

Because the best summer weekends deserve an encore.

Before the week begins, savor one final taste of Willamette Valley. Archery Summit’s Sunday Encore is your invitation to extend your wine country weekend with exceptional wines, seasonal bites, intimate live music, and relaxed hospitality in the Dundee Hills.

Join us each Sunday from 11:00 AM–2:00 PM across our terrace and Tasting House. This reserved hospitality experience features 90-minute tasting appointments, and a rotating menu of seasonal offerings designed to celebrate the season and the communal spirit of the valley. Following reserved tasting experiences, guests are welcome to purchase a glass or bottle of wine and continue enjoying our Lower Terrace, space permitting.

RESERVE SUNDAY ENCORE

•Due to ADA compliance and space limitations, we are unable to accommodate groups with reserved tasting appointments larger than four guests on the Upper Terrace. Larger groups can be accommodated in the tasting house.
•When making a reservation, all guests requiring a seat must be included in the reservation count.

Dog policy:

Leashed, well‑behaved dogs are welcome in our Tasting House, caves and terrace. We are unable to accommodate pets at select events.
Due to the active nature of our space—including crowds, noise, and interaction with unfamiliar people—dogs must remain calm and under control at all times. For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, we reserve the right to ask owners to remove dogs that may pose a safety concern. Thank you for helping us create a great experience for everyone.
