***SUMMER HEAT is here! All shipments travelling via UPS or FedEx ground will be held in our cellar until prevailing temperatures between our cellar and your doorstep are below 80°F, to ensure their integrity. Sustained exposure to temperatures above 80° F in transit will damage the wine, and will render it undrinkable. If you wish to recieve your wines immediately--despite the heat--we recommend that you upgrade to 2nd Day Air shipping, at minimum. Further, we only ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid wine being held in a non-climate controlled facility over a weekend. If you would prefer, you may also contact us to discuss overnight shipping options at 800.732.8822.

Each state's direct shipping law is unique in the amount of wine that is legally allowed to be delivered to its residents. As a result, Archery Summit is not able to ship wine to every state, even in limited amounts. However, we are able to ship to most states, while following these guidelines:

AK: Unlimited to non-dry zip codes
AZ: Unlimited.
CA: Unlimited.
CO: Unlimited.
DC: Unlimited.
FL: Unlimited.
HI: 6 cases per year, per address.
ID: 24 cases per year, per person.
IL: 12 cases per year, per person.
IN: 24 cases per year, per person.
IA: 2 cases per month per person.
LA: 4 cases per yer, per person
MA: Unlimited quantities, current vintage only.
MI: Unlimited
MN: 2 cases per year, per person
MO: 2 cases per month, per person
NE: 1 case per month, per person
NV: 12 cases per year, per person
NH: 5 cases per year, per person; no large formats
NJ: Unlimited quantitites, current vintage only.
NM: 2 cases per month, per person
NY: 36 cases per year, per person

We recommend that wine is shipped to a business or daytime address where an adult of at least 21 years of age will be available to sign for the package. By law, alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. In placing an order, the buyer represents to Archery Summit that the buyer is at least 21 years old and the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. Shipments will not be left of porches and/or doorsteps without a signature
